*Mandatory For Cross Country*  

Time/Date: 7:30AM 04/25/2024 

Location: Louis Hays Park (Parking lot closest to the Dam) 

End time: ≈9:00AM  

-This is a race to gauge the fitness of each of our incoming freshman and returning runners. This way our coach may, more accurately, train us as runners and it will prepare every kid to start their June training. After the race, I will talk to all the runners about basic expectations to be a part of the cross-country team and what to expect in the next coming months. 

Thank you to the parents for allowing your kids to come and run with our team. We are excited to see them grow as individuals and have fun doing so.
