DELIVERY INFORMATION

WAGONS:

Due to the size and special handling concerns, we, the builder, personally deliver nearly all of our wagon creations direct to you. Our delivery pricing is based on travel time and expenses for us. We have found this is the best way for us to guarantee delivery timing and your unit condition. Our pricing is comparable to bids we have received from professional shipping companies - given the oversized dimensions, weight and relative fragility of these unique pieces. If you have a carrier you would like us to put to-bid for your delivery - we’re happy to contact them.

PICKUP CONSIDERATIONS: Please call us to discuss logistics if you plan to pickup your wagon. We’re easy - but we do want to be present to advise & assist with your pickup. Your wagon may weigh in excess of 500lbs.

If you are considering pickup (or having a commercial carrier pickup) you will need (at minimum) - A 14ft flatbed trailer with a ramp. Six 16ft ratcheting tiedowns. Two hours of load time during DAYLIGHT hours. A vehicle capable of towing a loaded 14ft flatbed trailer. You must coordinate a pickup appointment with us. Please note that due to the wheelbase our wagons WILL NOT fit on a car dolly. We have yet to ship a wagon on a box truck - and do not recommend pickup in such. Pickup, load and transport is AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are available at pickup to help load, secure and advise as a courtesy. You will assume all liability for your load once you leave the property.

WAGON TRANSPORTATION CONSIDERATIONS.

Our Wagons are not street legal - They are mobile, and are easily moved short distances with a hand dolly. If you plan to move it more than across your yard - you will want to load it onto a trailer. This is best done on a 14ft (or larger) flatbed trailer with a ramp. If you plan to transport your wagon after delivery (or pickup from us), and do not have a flatbed trailer - we are able to include a trailer with the purchase of your wagon. (Approx $3K). Give us a call to discuss if this is something you may want.

DELIVERY CONSIDERATIONS & LOGISTICS.

Build time on our Wagon Creations is 6-8 Weeks. This varies based on your build complexity and our production schedule. If you have a special event, or need delivery on a particular date - please let us know! We have coordinated deliveries for a surprise engagement, weddings & parties. If we are to deliver to an Event Venue - we will need contact info for your venue liason in order to coordinate delivery. Unless otherwise arranged, you will be responsible for removing the wagon after your event.

TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY MAY BE LIMITED TO SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WINTER.

FOR DELIVERY WE WILL NEED:

• A responsible adult present during the entire delivery

• Daylight

• Trailer access and parking on or nearby your property

• Clear access to your install site at least 5ftWide x 8ft tall. A typical garden gate usually works. If you have an Arbor over your gate - you may wish to move it before delivery.

• You to know (or have an idea of) where you’d like your wagon to go. This site should be a 5 x 12ft flat & level-ish. For Chuck wagons with a Sink and/or Minifridge - it should be located within easy reach of a hose-bib and a 110V GFCI protected electrical outlet.

• A 48 inch wide (minimum) clear path to your wagon site from the unload & property entry site.

  If you have any special circumstances - stairs, decks, fences, steep grade, a bridge - please discuss them with us in advance of your delivery. Send photos / video if you can. We would prefer to problem solve tricky delivery situations BEFORE delivery day!

  Typical install time is 3 hours. This includes time to do a setup and moving orientation with the wagon owner.
