Payment

20% deposit required to begin production.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Full Payment (less deposit) is required upon delivery.

Once placed - your order will be invoiced via Intuit-Quickbooks and sent to your email.

We accept Cash, Check, Credit/Debit, Electronic Account Transfer and Zelle Payment.

Check payments must be mailed and received by us prior to delivery. Returned checks are subject to a $30 returned check fee.

Credit/Debit payments are subject to a 3% service fee added to your invoice ~ Please advise us if this is your intended method of payment.

Delivery

Wagons are currently only available via delivery within TX, or customer pickup at our homestead.

Current production time is 2 weeks from receipt of deposit to unit completion. You will be advised when your unit is complete and ready for pickup/delivery.

Pickup: Completed units may be picked up at our Homestead in Kerrville, TX. You will need a utility trailer or LARGE moving truck to transport unit, as well as secure tie-downs. Due to wheel-base - Car Carriers /auto transport trailers will not work to tow unit. Please review unit size specs to ensure your trailer will be sufficient to pickup your unit. Some minor assembly may be required by you upon unloading (bonnet installation and floating dangle). We encourage you to contact us to discuss your pickup plans to avoid issues at pickup time.

Delivery: We offer free delivery within 150 miles of Kerrville, TX. After150 miles - each additional mile is $3/mile. Distance used for calculation will be from Google Maps - Kerrville, TX - Your City. We will deliver up to a 5 hour trip time (1 way).

We regret that shipping is not currently possible. Unit can not be disassembled for transport - and completed units are larger and heavier than conventional shippers are able to handle (without being prohibitively expensive). We are happy to consider your suggestions or recommendations for a shipper that can help get our beautiful wagon to you!

WARRANTY

Hitchman Homestead is a Small Family Business based in TX. As such, we personally delivered your product to you with a hand-shake.

Upon acceptance of completed unit - you are agreeing that you have inspected the unit, and that product was delivered in satisfactory condition. You understand that unit is for outdoor use, and will weather and wear over time.

Unit is delivered ‘as is’ and provided with no warranty - express or implied. If you believe you have experienced a product failure of some kind - you may contact us to discuss. Hitchman Inc. / Hitchman Homestead is under no obligation to provide any warranty, service, repair or replacement once unit has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse service.
